Good to know
Dispatch. Orders ship within 24 hours on business days (pre-orders aside).
Pre-orders. If your order includes a pre-order item, we'll send everything together once it lands in stock, on or after the date shown on the product page.
Weekends and public holidays. These don't count as shipping days.
Sales and busy times. Allow up to 3 extra days. Everyone wants new undies at once (we get it).
Tracking. Click the link in your shipping confirmation email, or check your account.
Customs and duties. Orders outside Australia may attract customs or import taxes. We don't control these, so sadly we can't cover them.
