Returns (if applicable)

Here at nat'v basics we understand that organising a return can be a pain in the backside (no pun intended) so we've made the process as easy as possible. 

Orders can be returned for a store credit only, within 30 days of placing your order. Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unstained. You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage (if you already have store credit in your account, you can use that).

Please note we do NOT exchange or refund underwear due to hygienic reasons, it is against the law to exchange, except in the case of a faulty piece, in which case we will organise a replacement sent to you free of charge.

Once we get your return and they are in their original a credit will be issued to you for the full amount.  

Replacements 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged once you receive them within, 30 days. If you need to exchange because of these reasons, for the same item, send us an email at theoffice@nativbasics.com
